3. The pH value of the zinc plating solution is ≥ 6.0. During the production process, it is necessary to control the pH value of the acid zinc plating solution between 5.6-6.0.

4. There is a problem with the ratio of acidic zinc plating brightener. With the continuous accumulation of a certain type of carrier additive in an acidic zinc plating additive, it reacts with suspended solids in the acid zinc plating solution and trivalent iron ions brought into the plated part to form acidic and viscous oil stains, which will seriously affect the quality of the coating.
