① During the normal production process, the content of phosphite ions generated will gradually increase. When the concentration of phosphite ions exceeds 120g/L, nickel phosphite precipitation will occur.

② Operational errors, such as uneven temperature of the plating solution, insufficient circulation or stirring frequency, excessive or insufficient loading volume, etc., will render the plating solution ineffective for use.

③ During the operation process, impurities may be introduced, such as various harmful substances in tap water, incomplete rust removal of the workpiece, and dust entering, all of which may cause contamination of the plating solution.

Therefore, in order to prevent such problems from occurring, it is recommended to use pure water to prepare the bath solution. At the same time, proper pre-treatment should be carried out.
