When using the high-speed matte tin plating additive, in order to effectively ensure the quality of the coating and maintain stable production, it is necessary to control the electroplating conditions properly. So, how should we operate in actual production? The following six measures should be taken.
① Cleaning and inspection of electrical contacts. Frequent cleaning of the cathode rods, anode rods and anode basket hooks is necessary; check whether the screws of the cathode-anode connecting cables are loose, whether the terminals of the cables are rusted, and whether the cable heads are corroded or broken. Ensuring good electrical contact is one of the conditions for achieving uniform coating.
② During the application of the high-speed matte tin plating additive, it is necessary to check the liquid level height of the plating tank. This practice has two benefits: one is to ensure the even distribution of the power lines, and the other is to guarantee the correct rinsing position of the hanging frame after plating, thus ensuring the rinsing effect.
③ Check whether the relative projection positions of the anode titanium basket and the cathode support are correct. Correct projection is a necessary condition for improving the accuracy of the coating thickness.
④ In a continuous production process, the anode balls must be cleaned every 4 to 5 days and replenished. The Bigely engineer suggests that the tank should be thoroughly cleaned once every two weeks (the cleaning includes the anode balls, anode bags, anode and cathode conductive rods, titanium baskets, and connection wires of the hooks, etc.).
