Temperature

The bath temperature must be strictly monitored to obtain a stable and high-quality coating. Therefore, it is necessary to use a precise temperature controller; and qualified thermometers should be used to check the temperature controller, and further verify that the controlled temperature is within the correct range.

If not checked, it may cause the bath coating to decompose due to excessive temperature, or the coating speed may be too slow due to insufficient temperature.

Plating bath chemical composition

When using the electroless nickel plating solution, if the concentration of nickel ions or reducing agents in the plating solution is improperly maintained, it will cause an imbalance in the composition of the plating bath, resulting in a slow plating rate, poor plating quality and a lack of luster.
