The sulfate tin plating additive plays a significant role in the plating solution. Only with its presence can a bright and uniform thickness coating be achieved. When the content is insufficient, the luster of the coating will decrease. When the content is too high, there will be phenomena such as severe hydrogen evolution at the cathode and a decrease in current efficiency.
The additive is composed of multiple components, and the consumption of each component during production is not uniform. Therefore, when the Bigely engineers were developing the sulfate tin plating additive Sn-807, they divided the additive into two types, namely Agent A and Agent B.
During the production process, we can add the brightening agent based on the current consumption. For example, the addition amount of Sn-807B agent should be controlled at 100-200 milliliters per kiloampere-hour. As for the addition amount of A agent, it can be controlled within 200-300 milliliters per kiloampere-hour. Of course, this is only a reference standard.
