Timely cleaning of the tank is beneficial for the stability of the plating solution. It is also a way to prevent various impurities from polluting the plating solution, improve the conductivity of the anode, and prevent the anode sludge from blocking the anode bag.
Cleaning the tank is one of the basic methods for maintaining the plating solution. The specific approach depends on the specific conditions of each line. It can be done through a full-line cleaning process on a regular basis, or by partial cleaning every shift. So, what are the specific operation steps?
1. Remove the anode titanium basket together with the anode bag and the electrolyte inside the bag.
2. The extracted plating solution is collected in a clean container. It can be treated by methods such as precipitation, filtration, and flocculation, and after treatmentit can be reused.
3. Anode bag: As a manufacturer of continuous bright tin plating additives, Bigely recommends that electroplating plants first rinse with tap water or pure water twice, then scrub with a 60-100g/L sodium carbonate or trisodium phosphate solution (suggested to be heated to 40-50℃), and finally rinse with pure water.
4. The titanium basket, together with the anode ball, was rinsed with high-pressure water.
