To obtain a highly bright and highly smooth copper layer, electroplating plants only need to add an appropriate brightener to a common acid copper sulfate solution to achieve this. This process was first applied abroad in the 1960s, but the upper limit of the operating temperature is lower than 27℃, and freezing and cooling are required.
