① Strengthen solution maintenance
The tin coating on the copper strip has oxidized, which is related to the insufficient purity of the tin itself. Excessive impurities will accelerate the oxidation and blackening process of the copper strip. However, we know that as an electrolyte that needs to be used continuously for a long time, the plating solution inevitably accumulates impurities (such as some harmful organic and inorganic impurities, which is also a reason affecting the stability of the plating solution. ② Strengthen post-plating treatment
After tin plating, thorough cold and hot water rinsing should be carried out. This is to thoroughly remove the decomposition products of the organic brightening agent adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece and dry it immediately.
③ Sealed storage
After the electroplated products have been fully dried, they should be immediately stored in a sealed desiccator to effectively prevent pollution from harmful gases in the atmosphere.
