What factors affect production when using electroless nickel concentrate? During the application of electroless nickel concentrate, temperature can affect the stress of the coating, the phosphorus content of the coating, etc., and thus also have an impact on the performance of the coating. There was once a team that studied the relationship between the temperature of the high-corrosion-resistant electroless nickel plating commercial bath and the deposition rate as well as the phosphorus content. It was found that the influence of temperature on the deposition rate and phosphorus content was very obvious. Only within the optimal operating temperature range of 85 to 91℃ did the change in the phosphorus content of the coating be less than 1%.
Therefore, when electroplating plants use Bigely electroless nickel concentrate Ni-811, the temperature of the plating bath needs to be controlled within ±2℃ of the optimal operating temperature. Moreover, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature sensor is as close as possible to the plated part.
