This passivator is the trivalent chromium colored zinc passivator BZ-207 developed by Bigely Technology, which has such characteristics:
1、BZ-207 does not contain hexavalent chromium. The original passivate solution has been tested by SGS and is free of hexavalent chromium components.
2, At room temperature, BZ-207 can obtain uniform bright colored zinc passivation film layer, the film color can reach the hexavalent chromium passivation like yellowish color.
3, the corrosion resistance of the coating is better than that of hexavalent chromium. Generally hexavalent chromium passivation solution passivation workpiece, its neutral salt spray test time is 120-144 hours; while BZ-207 passivation workpiece, neutral salt spray test time is more than 168 hours.
4, Wastewater treatment is simple. Treating wastewater from chromium hexavalent passivation is difficult, and the use of chromium hexavalent is strictly prohibited by the state. Now BZ-207 can achieve the appearance of chromium hexavalent passivation, and the wastewater does not contain chromium hexavalent, making the treatment simple and complying with national discharge standards.
