The introduction of solid impurities is mainly through the following ways: dust landing in the workshop; imperfect pre-treatment; anode sludge slag dissolved down from the tin plate and other solid insoluble matter falling into the plating bath. Excessive metal impurities
Copper impurities, iron impurities, arsenic impurities, antimony impurities are harmful impurities in the acid tin plating solution, when it is too much, it will cause the tin plating solution to appear turbid phenomenon, at the same time, the plating layer is rough crystallization, and dark, porous.
