    In fact, the bath of the potassium chloride barrel galvanizing process is easy to accumulate iron impurities.The engineer took samples of the plating solution and analyzed it, and found that the concentration of iron impurities was 271ppm, and the accumulation rate was very fast.After the engineer took the plating solution for the iron removal experiment, he helped Mr. Chen's galvanizing tank to deal with iron impurities:Add 30% hydrogen peroxide 0.5~1.0g/L to the plating solution, stir the plating solution for 30~60min, and adjust the pH value of the plating solution to about 6.0 after standing for 20min.Continue to stir the plating solution for 30 to 60 minutes and then filter the plating solution to remove most of the iron impurities by filtration.After that, adjust the pH value and main salt composition of the plating solution, and try plating ok.
