    When aluminum alloy workpieces are produced with electroless nickel plating solution, sometimes the phenomenon that the coating cannot be deposited, what is the reason?

    1. The aluminum alloy workpiece is not pre-dipped or pre-dipped with zinc.The aluminum alloy workpiece needs to be pre-dip zinc treatment before electroless nickel plating. If the pre-dip is not good, the pre-dip solution should be adjusted or replaced immediately to ensure that the pre-dip zinc layer of the workpiece is uniform before entering the electroless nickel tank.

    2. The concentration of chemical nickel stabilizer is too high.Part of the plating solution should be discarded, and other components of the plating solution should be replenished.

    3. The pH or temperature of the electroless nickel bath is too low.The pH value is too low or the temperature is too low, the reaction of electroless nickel deposition will stop.The pH and temperature should be adjusted to within the process range.

    4. The electroless nickel plating solution is polluted by metal impurities.The concentration of metal impurities in the plating solution can be reduced by replacing part of the plating solution.
