    3. The product passivation time is too long. If the passivation time is too long, the passivation speed of the product is relatively fast, and the passivation time should be shortened reasonably according to the requirements of the product.

    4. The temperature of the passivation solution is high. The temperature is high, the product passivation speed is relatively fast, and the temperature should be lowered to within the normal range.

    5. The content of iron ions in the passivation solution is high. If the content of iron ions is high, the passivation of the product is easy to turn yellow. Part of the passivation solution should be drained and the original solution should be replenished to control the content of iron ions in the passivation solution.
